Eligibility
Refund requests are accepted within 7 days of the original purchase date for:
- New Monthly subscriptions (first purchase only)
- New Annual subscriptions (first purchase only)
- Lifetime plan purchases
Renewals of existing subscriptions are not eligible for refund, but you can cancel at any time to prevent the next charge.
Subscription vs Lifetime
Monthly & Annual: Cancelling prevents future charges. A refund within the 7-day window returns the full amount for the current billing period.
Lifetime: Full refund available within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, Lifetime access is final and non-refundable — but also never expires.
How to request a refund
- Email billing@skills123.com from the email address associated with your account.
- Include your order ID (found in your receipt) and a short reason — feedback helps us improve.
- You'll receive a confirmation within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed immediately.
Timeline
Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. International transactions may take slightly longer.
After a refund
Once refunded, access to paid features ends at the end of the current billing period (for subscriptions) or immediately (for Lifetime). Your account and free-tier access remain intact.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of suspected abuse — for example, serial refund requests across multiple accounts. These cases are rare and handled individually.
