Learning should be accessible to everyone
skills123 is committed to meeting WCAG 2.1 Level AA across our web experience. We design with accessibility as a constraint, not a checklist — and we're honest about where we still have work to do.
Our commitment
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities — including visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive differences.
What we support
Full keyboard navigation
Every interactive element is reachable and operable via keyboard, with visible focus states.
Screen reader support
Semantic HTML, ARIA labels where needed, and tested with VoiceOver, NVDA, and JAWS.
Captions & transcripts
Every avatar lesson ships with synchronized captions and a downloadable transcript.
Color contrast
Text and UI components meet WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios in both light and dark modes.
Known limitations
We're actively working on the following: expanded sign-language interpretation for flagship courses, high-contrast theme presets, and deeper cognitive-accessibility research. Progress is tracked internally and shared in our Changelog.
